mrshourula wrote:Well, I enjoy your posts. I don't agree with everything you say and sometimes I wonder if you really mean what you are writing or if it is translation issue (I just disagreed with your comment about the KKK in another thread). But I enjoy your honesty and and you have a very "authentic" voice (in the literary sense) that is interesting to read. I think some of it is that you remind me of many of the old Finns I know here in Berkeley so I'm comfortable with your point of view even when I don't agree with it

.
Mostly im more "liberal" about my point of views in here than im in "real life", in real life im "friend of everyone" and act accordingly. im probably nicest guy you can find. thats my trade and thats my burden. I use internet to burn down my frustration. Give a reason and i will burn you
Im sorry if someone feels offended, i just say what i think. Thats not how i do in "real life". I understand that what i think is not always what society thinks so i suppress it, i say it in here. As i said to you honestly what i think about your doughter trip to study in here, i will honestly tell others what i think. They dont have my "appreciate" or anything like that. To get my appreciate you have prove yourself. You have partly appreciaton because i like what you do and so does rob a. most of others are just names and i do look what they say and reply

onkko is "a finn"
as in you have an UFO beaming up some guy skiing after the moose in 1100 in häme or something
but to have him is excellent because you do bot then think all the flower-hatted-aunties wishing the prince of morocco as their in-law is "reality"
reality is different from wishful thinking
and as far as the kkk goes, they are some deep south liberal hicks the democratic party originated from-

Something wicked this way comes."

This is very much a European disease, you are not alone.
Political correctness is the belief that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

True the Democratic-Republican party was originally the party of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison but split in the early 1900s-- and the original KKK was aimed at sabotaging the Reconstruction efforts of the Republican Party (the party of Abraham Lincoln) after the Civil War.
Let's be clear, however, that the "New Deal" Democratic Party (The party of FDR) is miles apart those State's Rights "Dixiecrats" who supported Strom Thurmond's racist third party candidacy for president.

Oh, don't you know it. But due to the disaster that has been eight years of George W. Bush (and the possibility of eight more years of a George Bush-like administration under John McCain) we are all becoming "Obama Democrats"!
