It is quite hard to find orthodontists in Helsinki/Espoo, for grown-ups.
I am not sure if you find one in Helsinki but there is one in Leppavaara (Marja Denisoff)
She also works in Tapiola few days per week

The key word is oikomishoito...

There are several of them. This search includes orthodontists in Helsinki, who speak English:

Unfortunately this website is only in Finnish. The name of the clinic is on the right hand side. When you click on the name of the dentist, you get their basic info including language skills (kielitaito).
