Hello everybody

Can anybody tell me where I can find a confidentiality agreement model which can be applied also to finnish laws. Is there any link?

Confidentiality agreement between companies or for employee? Companies can pretty much agree to anything, but between employer and employee its more regulated. If one can remember secrets it is considered work experience if one takes a list, documents, drawings etc. they are considered secrets that can be covered by agreements.

It all depends on the exact form of knowledge you posses which, if leaked to your competitor might harm the interest of your company. In my experience, you don't have much choice as most big companies have some ready made text available which they will put in front of you to sign if you are worth it
