Hi,
Can anyone tell me if hulla hooping is a good execise to reduce tummy and tone the mucles around the waist??
I hav fat deposited around my waist and hav a post- delivery saggy tummy !!
My hip looks broad and not proportionate to the rest of my body..
Will hulla hooping be helpful for this??
I would need help to choose the right size of Hulla hoop for me..
I find only 2 sizes in Kcity market. And i am neither slim nor fat.
Please help!!

Not really.
You need to do it in the old-fashioned way: Lay on your back on the floor. Lift your legs (straight) about 20 cm from the ground. Keep them up and count to 20. Legs down. Repeat 20 times. Have a pause and do it again and again and again.
