There is only one outlet I know of in Finland, and thats the Iitlala Glassware outlet in Iitala, about 100km from Helsinki, near Tampere.
Prices on seconds are OK, but new stuff is cheaper in normal stores with a sale on.
Outlets as you know them do not really exist in Finland. Sorry.
Outlet and discount shops in Helsinki
Re: Outlet and discount shops in Helsinki
Well there's Nokia's flagship store in Helsinki... if you wanna pay some extra for that S40 Nokia phone

Re: Outlet and discount shops in Helsinki
The summer sales are still on so you might find some bargains in the city centre... look for "ale" (sale). Some of the bigger stores like Stockmann and Sokos do reduce their prices quite significantly (-40% or more) so you might be lucky.
Stockmann has an outlet store on Ring III but it is quite a way out of town so you would need a car. Clothes are generally not cheap, especially if they are Finnish made. If you want souvenir T shirts then try the market place and argue the price down!
For nick-nacks, typical Finnish would be glassware or ceramics or maybe something in wood. The is a huge outlet mall (glassa, ceramics) at the Arabia (Iittala) factory on Hameentie 135 up at the end of tram 6 (???), more info in the Helsinki This Week guide :

Other things that make nice small gifts include Xylitol chewing gum, jam and jelly made from Finnish berries, Sibelius CDs etc etc etc
