Theres a Claes Ohlson smack across from Stockmanns on Mannerheimintie... Kodin1 (Anttila) in Kaisaniemi has some stuff... or then take the metro to Itäkeskus and theres a Teesi there... the hardware stores are mostly scattered on the ring roads and the small shops have all but disappeared...

'Clas Ohlson Ja' was closed down on Mannerheimintie a couple of weeks back, but there's one in the Kampi centre, jaPursuivant wrote:Theres a Claes Ohlson smack across from Stockmanns on Mannerheimintie... There's also a K-rauta in Ruoholahti and Rautamies in Siltasaari (Hakaniemi)

Jep. Turn left just after crossing the long bridge then it's on the right.Pursuivant wrote:is the rautamies still coming from the city on the left "down the hill" a.k.a. where the alko used to be and some club upstairs?
Interestingly enough there a rather large boat pretending to be a floating restaraunt on the left there. I still wonder how they managed to get it there...

yeah, I remember it when it was still in Kaisaniemi, but after they started those massive renovations and *everyplace* moved (xcept maybe Jone's) I've not bet on a place being anywhere unless I've been there last week and they weren't having a closeout. had the doubts of Ruoholahti as the mall seemed dead at first...
*bliss* today found theres an "HongKong Express" at Myyrmanni...

Oh, yeah. so it was.
As for HongKong. Well, for me the most likely is in Kerava - although there's also a "king kong" ther too. Ah, the joys of Papa Dagis.
