I'm thinking of getting a pre-paid card thing to use for a mobile phone. Which service provider has the best rates? If I go to R-Kioski, can i choose from multiple vendors?

kolumbus is cheap but you feel jackass when you go and recharge the saldo only to learn it's cheaper to buy another new sim than recharge the old one!!
