How good are the chances of getting a job in Finland for a person who doesnt know Finnish or Swedish?
How about back office ,transaction processing jobs,Administrative jobs or entry level HR jobs ?
Try software developement: Java, C++, .Net. Normally, programmers don't need Finnish. Check Uoma, Nokia they have opened positions.

Not so good I would say.
But you can increase them with other treats, like;
- specialist in niche branche
- good local network
- international network in your field of expertise
- willing to do a lot of legwork for !"#¤% jobs
