Short Courses in English

Are there short courses in any field in Finland that is available in English?
probably after working hours and during weekends.
I would like to learn something new as not to have an idle mind.
I would like to learn more about html and such, or sewing or whatever. In English.

Do you have any idea where I can get info abt these stuff?

Thanks for the info. I actually thought about it but most courses thay have are morning and afternoon classes. I need something that is after office hours or during weekends.

Btw, also I am more interested in practical short courses like sewing (alteration in Finland is expensive), or IT courses such as Beginner's courses in HTML.

If you guys have knowledge about this. Please do share!

It depends where in Finland you are. Työväenopisto might be the place. I checked the fall program of Espoo´s Työväenopisto. They have the following in English:

- Creating More Positive Moments in Your Relationship
- Business Course for Foreigners
- Wlecome to the World Baby
- several Finnish courses
- Finnish cooking course
- Food Hygiene
- yoga
- neuromuscular therapy

And then there is Basic Clothe Making, but that is in the afternoons.

Check your town´s Työväenopisto.
