I want to buy ricotta cheese.

What is the Finnish name for this cheese.

Ricotta.

You can find it in tubs in the cheese counter, usually not far from the Philadelphia, Mascarpone etc etc Prisma and Citymarket both have it.

Also Sokos in Hakaniemi has ricotta (both salata and the unflauvoured fresh one).
