As far as I've seen, there isn't a huge price difference between the cheapest and the most expensive shops. And these can change quite often. In summary, just choose a supermarket and you won't be getting ripped off.

If you want better value, buy on line, but your saving may be a handful of cents.

If you want more than few then Deutchland or Verkkokauppa suoramyynti (direct sell).

The thing is that there's quite a heavy levy from Teosto on blank media (also things like recording digiboxes). So , as Okko says, it definitly makes sense to go abroad. Verkkokauppa well send them to you from Estonia.
