Verkkokauppa.com usually has a few laptops between 300-400 euros. You can just go to their store in the big shopping center by the Ruoholahti metro stop and bring it home that day.

For second hand laptops, there's also www.laptops.fi, and www.cimos.fi (from the latter I just bought mine).

I just bought an awesome HP Dual Core Processor Laptop at Prisma for 399. I saw the same one at other stores for double. Prisma had limited quantities so maybe check that out.
