Yrjonkatu swmming hall in Helsinki

If you don't know the place yet, take the opportunity: free swimming in Yrjonkadun classical swimming hall on this Tuesday and Wednesday. No need for bathing suit though :)

I wonder how much it costs on the regular days?

Good that you asked. It is actually FREE FOR MEN TODAY (TUESDAY) AND FREE FOR WOMEN TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY)

Miehille ti 2.9. avoimet ovet klo 12.00 - 21.00.
Naisille ke 3.9. avoimet ovet klo 12.00 - 21.00.

No bath suits, as bathing is done in the nude, that is why separate times for women and men

This swimming hall is really lovely, recommended to visit at least once.

Prices depend what kind of services you want:
- swimming (and having a locker in your use) 4,40 e
- istumahytti (sitting cabin, not sure what this is?) 4,80 e
- cabin on the first floor (nice if you are there with a friend) 12 e
that includes towels, bathrobe and a private cabin (and swimming and different saunas)

This really is a lovely place to go, it feels like a luxury spa that you would normally pay the earth to go to, highly recommended!
