Home cooked Indian Food -Any Takers?

Post by kit » Thu Sep 04, 2008 11:34 am

Hi,I'm a native of Tamilnadu,India living in Espoo with my husband and our little boy.I'm planning to use my free time to cook and deliver delicious south indian meals (and some north indian dishes too) for lunch.I'm a dietician/nutritionist by profession,so I practice healthy cooking.Karaportti Nokia office is 15mins from our house by bus.I can deliver hot and healthy lunches everyday for a small group.Indians who are longing for home cooked food, please PM me

There have been more of those ideas in the past year.
Main problem are the health regulations.
Use the search to find more info on this topic.

You can get lentils in any grocery shop. There is a similar white fresh cheese available in Finland called kotijuusto

Most lentils are available in Hakaniemi ( only recently, the orange moong dal has come to normal supermarkets but not popular )..
As for paneer..The best way to make it is from home.. None of the cheese that I have bought come out right..

Hi, Are you still around in Finland? I've just joined the forum and saw your post. I would be interested in getting some south indian breakfasts and other stuff from time to time. Will be happy to compensate of course. Let me know. cheers!
