Hi guys! A quick question...
As a new comer in Finland, which mobile companie would you recommend me to get considering I am spanish and therefore I will make many phone calls to there? It is a pitty that skype phone is not working yet... Thanks for the advice!!

whichever mobile company you subscribe does not have much effect on the bill when you call back to your country. I dial 99577 for international calls and it is cheap, cheaper than skype for me.

Skype charges you 2 cents a minute, can't you call your family from your computer?

You mean Skype in for spain?

If you want a local spanish number that your family and friends can call and you answer in your computer there must be services that provide these number for a monthly fee. In my country vodafone has it, and at least one company offers these virtuall numbers.

Skype pahone is a mobile phone form where you can make calls to any phone number in the world, with the prices you said but at the same time and that.s the good point of skype phone is that you can call totally free you skype friends to another skype phone in the world or to any friend how is conected with internet, and to do that you don t need to be connected yourself, amazing but true. The fact is that countries like austria, uk, italy, ireland have it but not finland, and that is a huge pitty for me, who think that now a day comunication MUST to be free... seems like when you call spain, it's free

edit: going thru their webpage, these guys seem to have made things more complex than it was. you can call from your mobile. just dail 99577 as prefix to international number. operator will say the rate right away. for me, it's cheaper than skype when i make call back home
