Murray played out of his skin. I hope he can repeat that against Federer, for his sake, as I fear anything other than a straight sets victory over the Swiss gent will result in his being given the Henman treatment back home, which would be a shame. He's a good player, and appears to be getting to grips with maddening dips in form that plagued him last year, so that he now knows how to win ugly and grind out results even on bad days. But last night was a good day. He took it to Nadal and was winning seven out of ten of the big long rallies. At times, Nadal looked like a deer in the headlights.

Easy to differentiate the two there :) . Glad Muzzler didn't bottle it, which looked ominously like the case after he failed to break Nadal having earned seven chances. But in the end, he dominated.

Nadal was almost scared of him, just hanging on. He's played a fair amount of tennis of late, to be fair to him, but he soundly beaten whichever you look at it.

Murray v Federer

So, is it a 00:00 start tonight? Anyone actually considering staying up for that?

I'll be watching the match this evening/am. Will be absolutely useless tomorrow, but...it should be a cracking final!

Great match from Murray against Nadal. Still, I think (hope?) Federer will win the final. He's been all sorts of fired up since throughout the tournament and extremely hungry for a GS title this year.
