AFAIK the best known is Heinon tukku, you need to register and get a card with them in order to shop there.

I know of some shops from Metro but haven't visited... http://www.metrotukku.com/fi_FI/etusivu/

I know some small businesses that buy, at least partly, their merchandise from Prisma or Citymarket because it is cheaper than buying from wholesale...

the local kebab guys buy always sacks of stuff from LIDL... and construction contractors buy stuff from Estonia... I think it is depending on the amounts you buy - the tukku's don't want to sell stuff by the box, but by the truckload.

I think you need to replace this "foreign think of what is reality" with "finnish think of what is reality... the universe is warped up here, i guess it is due to the proximity of the magnetic pole the money seems to move in mysterious ways ;)

If you are a business, then you can deduct the VAT paid for your purchase..
Besides Heinontukku, there are Plenty of Tukkus which are far better..
You can even buy from Kesko if the quantity is right!!
