Kuvaus Pirkanmaan alueen työttömät ja työttömyysuhan alaiset, maahanmuuttajataustaiset työnhakijat, joilla on kokemusta pizzeriatyöstä. Koulutukseen voidaan myös ottaa hakijoita, jotka jo pidenpään ovat miettineet oman yrityksen perustamista alalle, mutta hanke ei näyttäisi etenevän.
