do you know how can i see the available houses for " right of occupancy " in Espoo / Kirkkonummi
I have seen some stuff similar in Helsinki.

and What kind of right? : osa omistusasunto OR asumis oikeusasunto
In Etuovi, its a tick box, in oikotie, its a search option ( in Haku)

Aren't they the houses that you buy at a reduced price and then rent for as long as you like?
I think you have to contact the council offices to get on the waiting list. I have a friend who lives in one near Espoonkeskus, but he was on the waiting list for years before he eventually moved in.

You don´t really "buy" them, you pay them a sum of money (the size depends on the apartment), and then you pay rent every month. When you leave you get the initial money back with some interest. My kids live in those. Both got it through http://www.asokodit.fi/. I don´t remember exactly how much the initial sums were, something between 10 and 20 thousand euros. How long you have to wait really depends on your expectations. My experience is 2-6 months. If you want a new place by the sea the waiting time is considerably longer than for an older place somewhere less sexy, like Espoon keskus.
