Bad brothers in arms
Seems digging the archives pays out, as a new thesis of the Finnish-German cooperation in Lapland during 1941-44... Which knowing the political tilt of its chief it isn't surprising the Finnish secret police of the time VALPO had strong connections with the Germans, to be noted VALPO was removed from under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Interior directly to the Army Command... amazing how fast they turned coats quite quickly as then in 1945-48 it was filled with the guys the VALPO had been tailing during the war until it was disbanded.
