Hi,
Say if i ordered a wippies homebox (its free atm), and usually u get 14 days return on things you order online, but they have this in the agreement:
"It is important to note that, while the consumer protection
legislation gives you a right to cancel the ordered service within a
certain time from our order confirmation (e.g., in Finland that time
is 14 days), you cannot cancel your order and service once we have
started the delivery. Naturally, this, however, has no impact on your
right to terminate the service in accordance with these terms and
conditions."
What do they actually mean? 'no impact on ur right to terminate this service', so does that mean it can be returned in 14days or not?
The contract is for 3 years that you have to keep the device connected, and usually terminating would mean u have to pay for the device.
