Independent/Guardian available?
Anyone know where they sell British newspapers? preferably the Independent or Guardian?

I've seen the Guardian (International Edition) several times at some R-Kioskis, never noticed the Independent there though.. Akateeminen Kirjakauppa has a lot of newspapers/magazines, I think they'd have at least the Guardian there too..

and the kiosk at the centre of civilization (a.k.a. Helsinki Railway Station)... but Akateeminen and Suomalainen have the biggest selection, which is if someone else hasn't gotten to there first.

The easiest solution is by subscription (then you automatically get the full on-line access).
I have seem them in the bigger Citymarkets but they are usually a few days old by then. Even in Stockmann's bookstore they are the previous day's news at best.

I buy the Independent and the Guardian/Observer from the Kiosk in the central railway station. You don't get all the 'bumf' with them though, I really miss the Observer magazine..
