Anyone know of a good do it yourself garage in Helsinki Where I can change my engine oil antifreeze etc?

I dont know about quality but some Neste stations in helsinki have "tee itse-halli", http://www.neste.fi/binary.asp?page=694 ... &version=2

I know that I have read somewhere that you can use a lift/tools at do it your shops here for an hourly fee. I forgot what they are called. I think it was discussed in one past post.
