Anyone in Jyväskylä wanting to play cricket should join up to this Yahoo group.

There's going to be 'training' get togethers every Sunday afternoon at Jyväskylä University. The hope is that we'll get a team in the Finnish League for next summer.

If anyone feels like coming down we play in the U1 building (same building as the swimming pool) at Jyväskylä University and we meet outside the doors, near the athletic/dirt field, at 2pm. Our session goes to 4pm and it's free to come and play. It's on every Sunday. At the moment we have about 13 or 14 players coming from India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Pakistan, England, Canada, Germany and myself from Australia. Even if you don't want to play you can come and watch. If you plan on coming be sure to have indoor sport shoes (non-marking). Everybody is welcome!
