PART TIME BAKING CAKE FOR SALE FROM HOME

CAN I DO SOME PART TIME JOB AS BAKING CAKES OR CUP CAKES FOR SALES FROM MY HOME? DO I HAVE TO MAKE IT LEGAL? IF YES, WHAT''S THE PROCEDURES? THANKSSS FOR YOUR HELP.

If you will do it commercial, you need something like a Tmi or a OY.
Then the food and safety inspection needs to give you the ok. (which means a health inspection of your kitchen)
The vast majority of private kitchens will not pass this test.
Finally you (and everyone who is involved in the cak baking) have to have a "health certificate". That should not be a problem since there are many places that can issue this certificate (also some places that test in English)
