Tulliposti - why is my package in Vantaa? :s

Hi,
I live inside Helsinki, and there's two offices for Tulliposti, one in Vantaa and one in Helsinki (and prob more, I don't know), but how come my packet is in Vantaa right now (because thats what the collection receipt stamp has on it)? Is there some way I can get them to send it to the Helsinki Tulliposti? I tried to ring their phone number but its always busy or doesn't work.

i can try to see if i got the number it was on the recit that came

i had same thing .i rang them told them i live in helsinki
and they sent it to main post office in helsinki

Most likely because most of the airmail (assuming that your package was sent through airmail) comes through the airport
And if the package has something in it that's "suspicious", they hold it right there for you to go and explain what it is, why it's sent to you and what you have planned for it.

Ah right, um so are u saying suspicious boxes get held at the Vantaa branch while non-suspicious ones go to Helsinki :S?? Or i guess its that parcels randomly go to Vantaa or Helsinki, im not sure. I always thought it went to the customs office in your district. Anyway went to pick it up because i thought it would be easier than going to the Helsinki tulli and asking and having them say 'well u have to pick it up there' or something .
