You sleep too little. And heat the car too long. Think about emissions.

Me, my tomorrow goes to cleaning up after tenants who left all their rents unpayed. Yesterday I payed 1400 € of their electricity and water bills. The yard looks like a dumpster. I am afraid what will meet me inside. Tomorrow is going to be a bad day.

Tomorrow i pick up my son from the airport. He arrives from Australia to visit with us for 7 weeks. We figure he must love us a lot to come here in November from the Australian summer :D :D :D

I hired a collection agency already last July. They didn´t succeed. I sued the "tenants" in September, but nothing has happened. At least not yet. They owe me almost 15 000 €. I cut their electricity off two weeks ago. Today I forced the woman to give me a key (I didn´have one) and locked the place with a new big "munalukko". I didn´t look inside, I have to do that tomorrow in daylight.

I take a camera and two witnesses.

I just hope you dont have "hevosmies" or someone else who knows how things should be done as tenant, you could be in trouble :(
I hope you did "vuokrasopimuksen purku" and they were willing to leave.

"Vuokrasopimuksen purku" is exactly what I did. And this collecting company is part of a law firm, so all should be in order. The court can decide that it is all my fault for not being strict enough, and not trying to collect earlier. I am the most "blue-eyed" person on this planet, and my family did not know anything about this. They thought that I get the rent every month. When they found out that I have to pay even for the electricity used there, and do not get any rent, my kids flipped, and pushed me into action.

They are no "horsemen", they are an ordinary Estonian family. Who just live the way they lived back in the USSR.

Now I have seen it all. The place is in an unspeakable condition. It is impossible to describe the amount of filth and rubbish that I found inside. I cannot rent it in that condition. FILTH. Not only they didn´t pay rent and left their electricity bills for me to pay – they also destroyed the house. It would need total renovation to become habitable again.

I cannot think straight right now. Yes, this was a day to remember.
