gooing at school...

Post by snoopx » Sun Nov 16, 2008 6:28 pm

Hello to everybody,

I'm from Romania and i'm living in Helsinki like a permanent resident (job, etc, etc). In my country i have finished the high-school and i have the matriculation diploma and a professional confirmed diploma like: IT Annalist Programmer. I would like to go to University, Bachelor's Degree, in IT Technology Domain. My matriculation diploma and the professional confirmed diploma are booth in romanian, and for apply to the university i need to translate them in english, finnish or swedish, and i have some questions: Where i must to translate them ? In Romania or here in Finland ? If i will do it in Romania, they will recognize the translation here in Finland ? Or i must to translate them here in Finland ? If yes, where ?

Kiitos ! 8)

the *best* option is if you could get a translated transcript from the original issuing institute... but generally if you think of people applying from abroad have the translations obviously done at home...

thats the best option to aske the horse, but always remember with bureaucrats you're not always 100% sure which end of the horse answers...
(btw on the other thread people are keen of knowing how your nonexistant car is doing ;) )

yes i know...by the way...the bureaucratic stuff...friday i have received the decision for my KELA card, 4 month after my request, and after 2000000000000 phone calls there to see what's happening, cause when i done my request the women from KELA she says something like:" in 1 month you will have your decision" and like 2 weeks after, your KELA card...and it was stuck there for 4 months...whatever ...

about the school, tomorrow i will call them to ask! thanks Pursuivant for your answers 8)
