Return damaged mattress

Post by helsinkiguy » Mon Nov 17, 2008 10:25 am

Is there any possibility to return defected goods (in my case it’s a 2 year old bed mattress from Ikea) if I have misplaced the purchase receipt? Can Ikea track down the product receipt via barcode on mattress or is there any other way?

http://www.ikea.com/fi/fi/catalog/categ ... oom/10609/

the last page of that brochure tells you specifically to keep the receipt safe, without that I don't rate your changes highly.
