Hello everybody,
Does anybody know any silent, free of charge, space, with chairs, for about ten people, suitable for business meetings?
(preferably in Espoo and Turku)
Thanks a lot.
free space for business meetings
Re: free space for business meetings
Try going into any bar and just ask if they could reserve you a table or two (e.g. Cosmic comic cafe is a rather silent), many student organisations (including mine) often have their weekly board meetings at bars this way. Oh, and come to think of it reserving the "historian luokka" in "Panimoravintola Koulu" is free and ýou get your own classroom

Re: free space for business meetings
I very much doubt that you find something "free of charge". I mean, why would they be free? The magic word is "kabinetti", and many restaurants and hotels have those. But they are not free. In Espoo for example Palace Hotel Sello has many cabinets (in Leppävaara) and Scandic Hotel (in Kilo) has one for 14 people.

Simply due to the fact that during those couple hours you're going to spend in the bar you're most likely going to consume at least a pint or twoEP wrote:I very much doubt that you find something "free of charge". Come to think of actual places with free cabinets "Proffan Kellari" opposite Turku school of economics has two cabinets to use for free (however, it is a student bar...). In addition to "Panimoravintola Koulu" (in turku), it used to be an actual school so if you ask in advance for the "Historian luokka" (history class) you're likely to get it.
