One question about the winter holiday. Is the employee entitled to a winter holiday is he/she worked for more then 1 year in the same company?
Regards!

Basicly yes. "Holiday counting" is 31.3-31.3 (iirc) and if you work full counting year you get 2.5 holiday days/month if less then 2 holiday days/month.
That means 4 week summer holiday and 1 week winter holiday when you work full counting year.
If less then you can always negotiate your holidays so you get some holiday in winter too.

Check the info at
http://www.tyosuojelu.fi/fi/holidays
Holiday credit year is a one-year period between1 April and 31 March of the following year, preceding the holiday period. The right to have holiday is calculated on the basis of the holiday credit year.
