The prosperity of all Finns depends on people wanting to do this kind of work being regarded in their proper right as tradesmen and craftmen and designers and creators who have taken many years of training to be able to do what they do.

You can find people in Forums who want to know how you can get to buy a Nokia made in Finland phone. Finns reputations is out there for people to see if they have eyes to see.

There is a shortage of people who have been trained to operate complex computer controlled equipment that is able to machine parts as and when they are required to exstremely high standards.
