I take this to mean you are studying at a university (and not an UAS) and so you already held a Bachelor's when applying to this Master's programme? (EP et al, when international students apply to Master's programmes in Finland it's usually so that they already need to hold a Bachelor's degree... and apart from a few exceptions the universities do not really offer complete Bachelor's level degree programmes in English anyway)jaded wrote:^ well that is the thing i am counting on....i can get my basics right in the bachelor and study the master's degree well after that.. right now I am going to do miserable in my master's...!!! now, i just dont know if it is possible...!!!!![]()

What you are asking is a bit like someone on his third year at school saying "teacher, I'm not doing so well so please can I go back to grade one and start all over again"... I have no idea whether this is possible, but at least it would be highly irregular. You do need to sort this out with your university. Talk with the student counseling people at your department (often titled "amanuenssi") about your situation. They won't bite you or mock you, and might even have some alternative courses of action to suggest (taking part in some remedial courses for example, rather than sitting through a whole Bachelor's which could be problematic in more than one sense) Just don't burn yourself out worrying about it; studies are sometimes taxing and difficult but when they become too much so it's best to swallow your pride and ask your university department for help and advice.
