Again...which cream is the one to make whipped cream?

kuohukerma — a pasteurized, “fresh” product
vispikerma — a UHT-sterilized product; keeps longer but has a bit different taste due to the heating process it has endured

kuohu = foam, froth
vispi-, an attributive noun or prefix derived from the verb vispata (= to beat, whip, esp. when making food)

(I thought that Vispi was like whisp - I never put 2 and 2 together, god I am slooooooooow - ahha)
