I like this line about a nightcap..
Before bed, a drop of Hennessy Ellipse might just be the thing that helps you sleep. And at 337 euros for 4 cl, it might very well keep your bank manager awake.
Probably Helsinki's Best Hotel Room..3350€ night

People do not become more irritable as they grow old - they simply stop making the effort to avoid annoying others.
Re: Probably Helsinki's Best Hotel Room..3350€ night
Everytime there's something THAT expensive I always think that the people who were already "blind" to pay such an amount of money are even more "blind" when experiencing the thing they paid... For instance, I don't know... I imagine going to this hotel room and don't notice the normal dust on top of shelves, or that big spider hidden just behind the toilet loo, or that lovely body hair under the pillow... I mean, all things that make the expensive experience as cheap as... a cheap room somewhere else :D
Just my opinion, of course! everybody can spend their money as they want...
But anyway... how cheesy is to spend a fortune for my "her"? I would love to spend the same amount of money booking for me and "her" flights and hostels for at least 4 years of travelling in different places! That's a LOVELY bargain, eh...!
I think a girl or a lady has to be a bit "touched" if she thinks I'm "smart and kind" spending a fortune for a few hours overnight stay in between four walls....
Say I'm not a "gentleman" maybe, but I met many clochards around Europe and they were so gentleman, even sleeping everynight on a piece of cartonboard.
Ciao ciao!
