Sähkösopimus (Electricity contract) question

Hi,
I need to make some electricity contract for my apartment.
I don't think I really use that much electricity, just cooking, lights, and a laptop etc.

Which kind is cheaper to choose, the 'general' plan or the 'night/day' plan?
and also is it cheaper to ask around the different companies or is it about the same?

Is it free to make a new electricity contract? Do they require a deposit?
