I want to serve an easy glogi tonight for a drinks party - can i buy those cartons of glogi from the supermarket and add vodka?? And if yes, how much vodka should be added?? Thanks!

Yup, the cartons are easy, or even the concentrate in the bottle.

I usually add:

Older people and the sort that stay 2 hours and leave = 5%

Hard core people who stay for breakfast = 10-20%
Political correctness is the belief that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Yes, add vodka or kossu. Typically in a bar you would add 2cl or 4cl (depending on what people want) to a glass holding about 24cl glögi, but home measures are a different beast altogether :D If you use a microwave to heat make sure to do it before adding any alcohol as if it boils the alcohol will evaporate :evil: and don´t forget to add raisins and almonds. You can also try "Malibu" with Glögi. There´s a nice cocous-taste. I like it!

the "blonde" glögi is pretty good - I could drink it off-season as well
