Eastway are the biggest company in Finland that deal with lighting/sound/AV/sets etc. Tried a couple of times myself to get work with them but with no success. But ended up working along side them through another company i was working for.Eastway have a website and you can send your CV to them through that, but i would be prepared to chase it up after a week or 2 if you dont get any reply There are probably also a few smaller companies around as well, such as equipment hire companies. Theres a few based around Helsinki and Espoo. I think most hire companies here deal with sound AND lighting.
It also depends on where in Finland you are. Like i say all the bigger companies are in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo.
