Within the TULLI regulations there is reference to these imported cars being marked on a register. Is this something that we need to unregister before we can sell the cars? Is there a "mark-of-the-beast" that needs to removed from any of the documents before we proceed in replacing a now remarkably wobbly, aged, high-mileage and faded Opel (or mint condition used car by Finnish standards
