Urgent , plz read this

hi all .
One of my best friend was kicked by his wife , he doesn't know where to go , what to do !
He went to social office , but they did not help him , so what he should do now !

is there any solution , he is in espoo , and he doesn't know how to find a place to sleep !

Can someone advice my friend , plz thx.

Huh? Kicked by his wife? (not saying female to male abuse doesn't happen)

Why doesn't he just leave her then?

If he has proof, he really should go to the doctor and get photos taken off the bruising, then go to the police and make a report of the abuse.

I suppose espoman means he was kicked out of the house by his wife.

everyone's on his own in such situation! so much for finnish easy love. now, it depends on who owns the house? harsh but true parasites can be thrown at the host's will. at the same time, i think he should reach the lawyer as some sort of alimony can be extracted from her but it's a long and winding road down there!!

Is it you who wants to get help or a friend got in the same situation?
You need to give full information, otherwise people will not be able to give you good advice.

I've been kicked by my wife a few times. It hurt but luckily I didn't have to find a new place to stay

hi all
it was really fuuny to read all your messages , but it s not me looooooooooooool .
it s one of my friend who i knew few weeks ago , and that s right , i had bad situation before but now everything is fine .

Now i have new things to tell you :
First i tried to help him as much as i can , as much as i know : he got a place in helsinki to sleep . it s seems good even he is studying finnish is Espoo .
Second thing : i made application for appartment in Espoo kaupunki for him .

last thing , and it s important one : 2 days agao , his wife contacted him to ask come back , yo know !
How can you advice this man , Do u think something wrong gonna happend if he goes back with her !

I think your friend needs to grow a set of balls and work this kind of thing out between himself and his wife.

He has to make up his mind.
Is his marriage worth saving or are they incompatible and will it remain a love/hate relation.
If it was an extreme flare of temper in a good marriage, he could go back. He should if there are children involved.
If it was the final straw in an increasingly bad situation, he should leave.

But as Flossy sad, he has to do it himself.

There may be more than "the eye meets", ie. a reasone WHY his wife kicked him out.
Of course it is sad being in this seesaw situation. I wish him good luck, but also for the wife who MAY have a good reason for her behaviour.

I agree.... usually it's the wife has a 'very good' reason for kicking their jerky husbands out of their homes.

The kicker always thinks there is a good reason, otherwise it wouldn't happen.
The kicky always thinks it is out of proportion.

Since I think this is a mixed culture couple, one have to assume they have to work out their cultural differences first.

Just for anyone who thought it seemed a 'funny' topic (as in funny strange) and is thinking about moving here to their 'love of my life' (yawn), be aware that in Finland, even if you are married, if the house/apartment was owned fully by your spouse/live in partner before you arrived, you CAN be kicked out with nowhere to sleep (if the person the type who would do that), so, you might give up your job, move here, use up all you savings to do courses, fund a couple of unemployed years here, and then find yourself on the street, trust me it happens. Again, people, HAVE A PLAN B. PLAN B, C,D AND E.........
