hairdresser raisio/turku area

I'm looking for a hairdresser in Raisio/Turku (I'd even go as far as Helsinki because I'm going there soon anyway) that doesn't take 40€ for just a haircut. Last time I had a haircut done was in Naantali and that was 40€... I honestly think it's a bit too much. :s I'm used to paying 25-30€ for just the haircut. Can you recommend me some places that aren't too expensive?

I live in a rural area the closest I get to a parturi/kampaamo from here is Naantali. :s but now you mention it I've seen a few places like that in Raisio that might be worth checking out.

Hair Center on Ylionpistukatu (sp?). They speak good english and do not over charge.
