The problem is that my now ex opened a company about 9 months ago and has put my name down as deputy member of his company (which is a oy or limited company) and i'm pretty sure i have not signed anything and i have nothing to do with this company. I need to get help/advise about this. I want to see the paper work. and i also think if he has done this i could be partially responsable for any debts the company might have should it go under.

well, all company records and such are held at the patent office... basically you can check there if your name is associated with the company.
