Hi
Wanted to know how much should I be willing to shell out for an English speaking babysitter. Does it work on an hourly basis or can one have a fixed amount for a fixed number of hours each week/ month. Also, are there any companies who provide babysitters and is it safer to get someone through them. Any suggestions on what I must be careful about are also welcome.
