Vaisala's Controlled Environment business area consists of Clean Rooms and Chambers, Building Automation and Targeted Industrial Applications segments, where the measurement of precise environmental conditions increases operational quality, productivity and energy savings.

We are looking for an Assistant to our Controlled Environment business area.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the business area staff in various tasks that are essential for the smooth running of daily operations. The position is based at Vaisala's head office in Vantaa and reports to the business area EVP.

Key tasks of the role include:

• Organizing international events
• Supporting managers in various matters
• Organizing the customer satisfaction survey
• Facilities coordination
• Travel arrangements, invoice processing and several other office routines

The position will entail a lot of autonomy and therefore experience in a similar kind of position is essential. As the job involves international contacts, fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Other language skills are a distinct advantage. You have an excellent command of MS Office applications and are preferably experienced in using an ERP system.
