There are two asian shops near to Sello , but there u wont get any vegitables
But here are few shops in Helsinki you can checkout , where u get the things u needed . all of these in Hakaniemi area

Maharaja, Hämeentie 16 ;
Indian Market,Hakaniemen torikatu 2
Taj Mehal,Hämeentie 5 a
Vii Voan,Hämeentie 3

Btw there are two restaurants in leppavara ( one close to sello and one in Vallikalio ) , they do serve kinda indian food , but its expensive . ( dishes cost 12-18 Euros :) )

good luck :)

You get vegetables normally in any market.

For special Indian vegetables, you can go to
Viiv voan ( small brinjal, coriander bunches, lots of Asian veggies) but have become expensive lately..
Mughal (drum sticks, snake gourd, bitter gourd, curry leaves etc ) They get their supplies every Friday.
Indian market is good only for a few things like their Samosas but pretty pricey compared to others..

All of the stores in that area are listed here:
