No Finnish?

Join the line of dozens of others who try to get a job without speaking the local lingo.

You might have chance for babysitting in one of the immigrant families, your best bet I would gather.
Look around at "Families in Finland"-section here to see some examples.

I really hope that salary figure is not accurate.

Well, there just aren't that many immigrant families in need of babysitters. And you have to compete with Finnish ones who speak Finnish and English.
So you would have best bet if you found family which comes from same country as you or else speaks your native language, to give you more of an edge.

But how many of those there are around... Usually not many.

Yes, something like that.
In my opinion, unless the foreigners that look for work have strong preparation in some domain (degree plus experience) or they have good Finnish language skills, the chances are really weak. It's discouraging. At least, for me. But I saw enough desperate job applications. So.. pöh!

Degree and experience are not too good either.

It is much the same thing as with native Finn who just graduated with no work experience.
Nobody wants to hire someone who has not yet gained necessary skills to be productive in short time. Breaking in someone and training costs time and money, which most companies are at loathe do use today even for long term benefit.

Since unexperienced worker, or worker with no communication skills even if experienced, will not most likely produce more profit than they cost in first quarter... Employers just do not employ. They want someone who has 3 years experience in similar duties and who only wants peanuts as salary.

As i noticed, the higher the studies are, lesser Finnish language requirements are. But, of course, I'm not denying the reality of your words. Oh.. *sighs*
And I have none of the above. I'm trying an admission to faculty now, but even admitted into school the job would be a big issue since a foreigner needs his means to support himself during whatever he does to grow more skilled.
