Thanks for everyone who replied in this thread. We had a successful party and
people were very keen to taste all different snacks. The most common question
around the kitchen table was "what is this......" and it was interesting to see
how everyone tried almost everything, even the young kids and older ppl.

Btw, i REALLY love those indian samosas filled with potato, peas, spices.....

I also found ready-made frozen Sushi plate from K-Market. It was a Pirkka product,
and even it was ready-made n frozen, ppl really liked it.

I wish i could learn to make falafel myself....they are veeeeery tasty with
hummus.

when you start making them by yourself..you ll start enjoying then more..
samosas are not as hard as they seem to be..
and so are falafel..
right ingredients, right vessals, to fry/cook...and then you start salivating..in a jar.. :wink:
