DIVORCE Support Group in English

The Finnish Association for Mental Health and the SOS center is sponsoring a divorce/ separation supprt group at no cost starting in mid March, 2009 . The group will meet at 5:30pm in Pasila and is for appx. 10 weeks.It is partly based on Bruce Fisher's REBUILDING method ( seemingly used more and more here in Finland )

How to deal with the grief, anger and other feelings caused by the end of a love- relationship?

A discussion group for those whose love-relationship has ended recently or years ago. There is an adjustment process after a divorce – with a beginning, an end, specific steps of learning along the way.

Partly based on the Rebuilding method developed by Dr. Bruce Fisher.

Join the English language recovery group. 10 meeting times on Tuesdays at 5.30 – 7 pm starting March 17.
