Suomenlinna is nice (take the ferry through the ice).
Seurasaari will be busy (take peanuts for the squirrels).
Kaivopuisto. You may be able to walk on the ice down along the coast road.
Korkeasaari (the zoo island), the ice sculptures from last weekend's competition are probably still there.
Malmi sledging hill will be packed.

Well how else would you get to the island? The ships churn the channel open so theres not much chance for a road every year.

Don't do that, the ice is not thick enough.

I have taken a helicopter from Nice airport to Monaco many times, and that is just 7 minutes. It is cheaper than a car taxi, which has to go around the coast road and takes about an hour.

If you're a morlock maybe... the service tunnel's really not usable except for emergencies.
