Hi there,
I was wondering if anybody could suggest any websites or programmes which happen in Finland between the months of June- the end of September. Not that it has to cover all of those months, however my cousin is having a child in June/July and has asked me to be godmother. Which means that subsequently as i won't know when it will be coming, i can't get a summer job here in the UK. And i think with university this will be the best time to spend time in Finland without my parents for once.
My family ranges between Seinajoki (apologies for lack of accents in Seinajoki, British keyboard) and Helsinki, so all really in the south. I don't necessarily need to be that near them, and somewhere, where i could meet other young people would be a benefit. However i can't speak any finish but a few phrases, i would like to learn though. Could anyone think of any jobs in the summer where they would need a British girl?
